Hannibal's Clutches
From SiteIPLTeenPoetryWiki
Totally unaware
Bewilderedness
Nobody knew but him
And as he crept in the darkness
He knew they were watching
They all suspected him
Nobody could stop them from their next move
For he had no witnesses
The only suspect at the time
Was himself
And as he hid in the shadows of his domain
He knew that he could do nothing
So why hide
Wouldn't that just make him
Even more of a suspect
Those darn flandered men think they knew everything
Everything about everyone
But no
No they didn't
And soon he realized
He would have them all in his clutches
And then they would beg
Beg for the mercy
Of mister Hannibal
